Stowers Family update

We are loving our winter views of the Wellsvilles when its clear enough to see.
We decided to take our whole family to St George to celebrate our 11 year anniversary.  We had so much fun swimming, eating out, watching movies, hiking at snow canyon, Zions National Park, playing in the sand, and just being together.

We've had four or five ski days this year.  Usually we'll take turns staying with Charlie in the car, but Papa came up with us and watched him in the car while the rest of us skied.  Hard to beat these blue bird days.  The girls are doing so good and love every minute of it.  Macy is now skiing with out her Edgy Wedgies.  Way to go Macy!!
Many of you have seen these sweet picture of Charlie sucking his thumb.  We cannot get enough of this little guy.  What an amazing addition he is to our family.  We love you so much Charlie!!

Daddy and Kate right behind Lauren and Macy in a slot canyon in Zions.

Sweet little Kate.  She is loving pre-school and doing so good.  She loves spending time with her sisters and new friends in our ward.

Macy, Lauren, and Kate hiking in Snow Canyon.

One of the major highlights of our St George trip.................the sand dunes at Snow Canyon.  They loved every minute of it.

Skiing little Beaver and loving the blue skies and sunshine while the valley was socked in.

Zions National Park

Zions National Park. This was a first for us to be here in the winter time.  So pretty!! We look forward to all your posts.  Love you all!!  Stowers Family

We are so excited for this new year's resolution to stay better connected and in touch with our family. It is still crazy to think about how spread out we all are now. Sure makes me miss the time we could have spent together while we were all in Utah. I know we've still got lots of good times ahead though.
January flew by for us...I've had to ask Nate, what did we do anyway? It's all a blur for me, but apparently he's documented a lot of it with pictures. We've had quite a few great ski days. The girls are all doing so well. It seems like they've finally ''got it.'' Lauren and Macy are very independent and more confidant than ever. Kate's problem is, she can talk the talk, but can't quite walk the walk. Last week she kept telling me, "Let go Mom, I can do it." She probably can, but I still get so nervous seeing her tiny little body picking up speed down the hill.
Charlie is a good sport to go along with whatever the rest of us are doing. He is such a sweet little guy and his sisters can't get enough of him. They all have a hard time walking past him in his swing without stopping to squish him. Kate and Macy almost have a perma-squish face. He is so yummy. Sometimes I wish it wasn't inappropriate to send you naked pictures...you guys would die at his leg rolls!
Nate is really staying busy at work. His transition has been really smooth & he's enjoyed working from home. I've secretly enjoyed it too. Kind of nice to run the baby monitor downstairs while Charlie is sleeping & sneak off to the grocery store kid-free occasionally!!
We love you all so much and think of you often. Hope you have a great February. We'll be anxious to hear from you!
Love, the Stowers
